Thank you for asking about the wcaec.net and wanting to know how to use it.
When I first registered the wcaec.net domain, I chose to use https://sahanafoundation.org/ but later on I decided to switch from SE to Ushahidi. Ushahdid has less features, so people might not be overwhelmed by the more complete Sahana Eden. I selected each of them because they have built-in interactive maps.
This email, is the first time you or anyone else (besides me) has initiated conversation about wcaec.net. The documents I sent (before) about the process of creating specific requirements, are still needed to select an appropriate website platform/community. Meanwhile, see what I've selected to use and host temporarily on my home server. If and when the time comes, Ushahidi, SE or another website system can be deployed to a server located in watts and or the AWS. Have both, a server located in Watts and on AWS would be most appropriate, in my opinion.
It would be good if you and others would spend time before the meeting to go through the information below. If there are any questions, please let me know via email.
In the meeting you should have people pull out their devices and using it.
The Ushahidi Platform is an open source web application for information collection, visualization and interactive mapping. It allows people to collect and share their own stories using various mediums such as SMS, Web Forms, Email or Twitter.

1. goto: https://wcaec.net/
2. Menus: Home | Reports | Submit A Report | Get Alerts | Contact Us
3. Click on Submit A Report on the Menu or in the top right corner green box
4. Fill out the form.
5. Click the Submit button.
