The software tools needed to perform the community engagement process are no joke.
list what the requirements are and or let's do an assessment & evaluation to define the requirements. now that the county clerk is handling the finances, there needs to be some sort of we ie you me, omar, paul that come together as an entity that collaborates on solutions which sometimes means we need to assess and evaluate the situation, based on an opportunity, of course.
This requires a commitment from our leadership. How can City Council be SERIOUS!!!! THEY KNOW BETTER AND NC SHOULD STEP UP .
it should not depend on the leadership. nc's are public. they need to be represented by a 1 elected offical to 2k stakeholders. the research i did for boyle heights yielded that ratio.
The open platform of Civic Engagement is the requirement for the
engagement to be possible.
what systems meet these requirements, out of the box? what are it's components and requirements?
So far I have seen talking but not a firm use of technology.
The NC's election technology should be at the core, to register, solicit and respond to stakeholders. It's needs to be highly automated, scaleable, and stored in Learning Record Stores. i think you know what they are.
I have tried to PROVE this is necessary to SOLVE THE
PROBLEM. That is not talk. This is knowledge. Getting geospatial
knowledge into an Engine requires the NC to believe this is necessary.
we build it based on the shapefiles i have for bhnc.net
which was the website i created for the initial proposal...yes later gave it to the organization...
so now to get you a link to the files....where you do have that i can post them...for you...not all these other people...it's public anyway but who's tracking the history?
So far only a few.
Now they, County Supervisors know this is the Validation tool.
So, how will they deploy? I am here to help.
so you are here to help assess and evaluate what already exists and understand the objectives of any plans associated with the project(s). how to you plan to aggregate reference materials and what publications are you projecting to produce?
This is not Nicaragua throwing rocks. This is underpinning of Smart City.
that's not the point, Michael, the point is what are the opportunities that you can simulate w/ OSS, on your own and in collaboration with out team, that can empower stakeholders across physical NC for the city and County boundaries and time?
Where is the engagement/ Pathway. Pipeline as HUD , BDPA AND NSBE CALL IT.
each organization (above) needs to be mapped to the requirements of a proposed system that our team comes up with.
Not talk, implementation with knowledge.
what's the budget and is there a huge software cost up front or not?
Mr. Fishback has invested $200k + in the vision.
none of that came to me. who got paid for what. how much did you get of it?
What part is a technology backend?
for brad we came up with the core personal and org relationship model, which is based on in and out of jail participants tied to DRC and PVJobs. it was estimated to brad that a working solution that he would own starts @ $30k.
this model would also be easily adopted to NC's and it would be great if we put it on github.
Same the 5 propositions 200 Billion next 20 years.
What is the Data Model.
I am fully focused. Building a $500k data model proof of concept is not my business model.
But seeing how an open DATA standard can provide a predictable performance model is of great interest to me.
It's so hard to track aspects of conversations that seem to cut across various projects. How about we start by identifying NC geographical boundaries by regions? And LA County if you must or are these two different projects that can benefit from the same infrastructure?
I like to think of it as implementation of the 2030 LA Sustainability
Goals and Building the Avatar ready environment.
Quote Phil Washington CEO Metro.
that's fine...So now is Metro yet another project, which seems like it might be your primary project.
What about washington d.c. is that HUD and we do local HUD in each of the NC Regions as a subset?
