Moving to a Community Health Services model is part of the direction.  Trauma Informed Care.  This six step Metric is in alignment with "Evidence Act".

I will soon have two .5 FTE's for one year on the project with a Statewide PHT  Public Health Technology effort aligned to Building Performance Models.

I am very happy a former e7 intern lead on  this manual for California Energy Commission.  He is part of this opportunity.
