Strategic Planning Facilitator

Position Overview:

The Strategic Planning Facilitator guides organizations through the process of developing and implementing strategic plans while ensuring stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate strategic planning sessions
  • Conduct environmental scans and SWOT analyses
  • Develop strategic frameworks and action plans
  • Create monitoring and evaluation systems
  • Guide implementation and progress tracking
  • Foster stakeholder buy-in and participation
  • Document and communicate strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Nonprofit Management
  • 6+ years experience in strategic planning
  • Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills
  • Experience with strategic planning methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
