Position Overview:
The Strategic Planning Facilitator guides organizations through the process of developing and implementing strategic plans while ensuring stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate strategic planning sessions
- Conduct environmental scans and SWOT analyses
- Develop strategic frameworks and action plans
- Create monitoring and evaluation systems
- Guide implementation and progress tracking

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business or Nonprofit Management
- 6+ years experience in strategic planning
- Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills
