Position Overview:

The LMS Specialist manages and optimizes learning management systems while ensuring effective delivery of educational content and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain LMS platforms
  • Develop online learning content and assessments
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Track and report on learning metrics
  • Integrate third-party tools and content
  • Train faculty and staff on LMS usage
  • Stay current with LMS trends and features

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
  • 4+ years experience with LMS platforms
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with instructional design
  • Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
