Position Overview:

The Digital Literacy Program Coordinator develops and implements programs to enhance digital skills and technology competency across diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital literacy curriculum and learning materials
  • Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders
  • Train instructors and volunteers
  • Monitor program effectiveness and outcomes
  • Adapt programs for different skill levels and needs
  • Maintain program documentation and reports
  • Evaluate and incorporate new technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • 3+ years experience in digital literacy education
  • Strong knowledge of current technology trends
  • Experience with adult learning principles
  • Excellent program management skills
