Position Overview:
The Digital Literacy Program Coordinator develops and implements programs to enhance digital skills and technology competency across diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital literacy curriculum and learning materials
- Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders
- Train instructors and volunteers
- Monitor program effectiveness and outcomes
- Adapt programs for different skill levels and needs
- Maintain program documentation and reports
- Evaluate and incorporate new technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- 3+ years experience in digital literacy education
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends
- Experience with adult learning principles
- Excellent program management skills
