Kenneth,

I'm sorry you were frustrated by the spreadsheet and I appreciate your efforts.  However, I'm also a little confused.  I apologize if it wasn't made clear that the spreadsheet I linked to had multiple worksheets or tabs in it -- one for each day.  We already had the talk schedule and the video links.

Within each worksheet, there is a listing of talks by room.  This reflects that our video or audio issues are often clustered around particular rooms or particular days.

We're going to stick with this spreadsheet for this year, but let us talk in a future meeting about how we can make it better next year.  

Please note that there was automation designed to publish segments of the room stream as individual videos, but we had a big problem with YouTube API limits, so that automation broke.  That's why we have individual videos for Thursday and some of Friday, but now we will have to manually cut up the rest.  So we're hoping that this spreadsheet is not required next year, but past experience tells us that we will need something like it to vet all our talks.
