So we now have Opportunity Zones in 2018. Short background on us as we
erase the digital divide for the people of the African Union in alliance
with American companies (from opportunity zones) as part of a USA African
Union dialogue like that with the EU.
FAU 2018 Plan of Action & Historical Sixth Birthday Overview.pdf

The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act created the Opportunity Zones Program, a new
community investment tool designed to drive long-term capital to rural and
low-income urban communities throughout the nation.

Driven by Senator Scott.

Friends of the African Union is creating FAU Community Reinvestment
Opportunity Zones Alliances - starting with FAU Ohio, FAU Oregon, and FAU
California. Partners include smart WISE Cities and signature organizations
to the over $80B in bank-based Community Benefit Agreements. Our, current,
primary faith-based partner is a ministry in Keys of the Kingdom of The
United Methodist Church Black Methodist for Church Renewal Chapter.

One source for Opportunity Zones Program investment? The estimated $2.2
trillion of unrealized capital gains in stocks and mutual funds held by
individuals and corporations. Unlike with the low-income housing tax credit
or the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), there is no authorized cap on the
amount of capital that could be made available through Opportunity Zone
investments. Another we are targeting is the $2.8 trillion in American
Company foreign profits.
Im moderate on extroversion.
