byon openSUSE and Fedora, adding apt compatibility/ deb package support might fix the install.
when using linux with apparmor or selinux support (apparmor for Suse flavors or Ubuntu 19.x, Selinux for Fedora and other Red Hats) an appropriate profile will be needed to allow proper permissions to "/library" directory. Using "/srv/library" as the data location would get around the problem. Otherwise disable apparmor/selinux support and accept the security implications.

It would be great if you'd review the documentation for what I AM doing, so we could collaborate on installation, assessment, evaluation, annotation and utilization of iiab documentation.
